First Steps.
A single live online evening for women who want to begin but are not ready to commit to twelve weeks. Know where to begin, what is safe when there is pain, and how to adapt movement around fatigue, perimenopause and a full life.
There will be no judgement about where you are starting from.
This is not designed for women who already have everything figured out. It is for women who know they need to begin taking care of their strength, health and movement again, but are unsure where to start, what is safe, or how to make it work alongside pain, fatigue, perimenopause, work, family and the rest of life.
You will be encouraged to share your concerns and ask the questions that may have been holding you back, about pain, weakness, fatigue, fear of injury, inconsistency, lack of time, previous failed attempts, or simply not knowing what to do first.
Pain, fatigue, fear and inconsistency will not be treated as laziness, weakness or personal failure. They are experiences that need to be understood so practical solutions can be found.
You will never be pressured to disclose personal information, or speak about anything you would prefer to keep private. You may participate, listen, ask questions, or simply learn from the experiences of other women.
After the session, you are invited to join a moderated WhatsApp community, created to help women begin together, stay connected and support one another as they put the plan into practice.
Your story is personal, but many of the barriers you face are more widely shared than they appear. Hearing another woman ask the question you were afraid to ask can be reassuring. Seeing someone else miss a day and begin again can make your own restart feel possible.
just not uniquely broken.
Every woman brings a different body, history and set of circumstances. Your programme must begin with where you are, not where someone else thinks you should be. Yet many of the struggles you have quietly blamed yourself for are shared by other women too.
You do not have to have everything sorted before you begin. You only need a sensible place to start.
