WHERE THIS BEGINS

It is knowing where to begin. Understanding what is safe when there is pain. Finding a plan that can bend around fatigue, poor sleep, perimenopause, menopause, work, family and an unpredictable life. And perhaps most importantly, learning how to return without guilt when consistency slips.

MoveMint Women: Reclaiming Strength is a 12-week live online programme for women who want to put themselves back into their own lives. It is for women beginning after years of inactivity, women returning after pregnancy or a long break, women navigating perimenopause or menopause, and women who may already be active but feel that pain, fatigue or inconsistency keeps breaking their rhythm.

You do not need to arrive fit, flexible or confident. You only need to be willing to begin from where you are.

WHAT WE MEAN BY STRENGTH

More than muscles.

Strength is often reduced to muscles, weights and what the body can produce. Those things matter, but they are not the whole story. Here, strength is also the confidence to trust your body, the consistency to care for yourself, the wisdom to adapt, and the ability to return when life gets in the way.

CONFIDENCE
To trust your body again
CONSISTENCY
To care for yourself, repeatably
WISDOM
To adapt instead of pushing through
RETURN
To begin again after a break

Not a dramatic transformation built on punishment, restriction or fear. A more dependable relationship with your body, your movement and yourself.

WHAT THIS IS NOT

This is not a weight-loss challenge, or another way of punishing the body for not being what it once was. It is about rebuilding your relationship with your body, gently but seriously, so strength, confidence and movement can start becoming part of your life again.

EVERY WEEK
Two live sessions

A guided exercise session led by a senior physiotherapist: practical strength, breathing and movement, adapted for different starting points and capacities.

A session with Dr. Rajat Chauhan on one theme in depth: why routines collapse, pain without fear, fatigue, perimenopause, sleep, returning after missed sessions. Conversational, and your questions are welcome.

THE CIRCLE
A women-only MoveMint Circle

A private WhatsApp space to connect, share journeys, and support one another in staying consistent. Your story is your own, but you don't have to live it alone.
