To qualify for a category, you need to have run that distance by 28th Feb 2022, whether in a race or on your own. Either way we’ll need detailed data (km wise) from Garmin or other app.

Based on your run category, you’ll need to report by these dates (mandatory, non-negotiable): 11 & 22 k (23 Apr), 33 & 55 k (22 Apr) and 111 k (21 Apr).
